The Housing Benefit (Miscellaneous Amendments No.3) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 122(1)(d), 129(4), 131(1), 132(3), (4)(a) and (b), 132A(3) and 171(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and sections 5(1)(l) and 165(1), (4) and (5) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19922 and Articles 34(2) and 74(1) of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 3 , and now vested in it4, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel5,after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it6, hereby makes the following Regulations:
