These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 by substituting a new Schedule 4. In the new Schedule 4 the following fees have been increased –the fee for a test, other than an extended test, for vehicles in categories A1, B1 (other than B1 invalid carriages) P and A is increased from £47·00 to £53·50 for a test commencing during normal hours and from £59·00 to £66·00 for a test commencing out of hours;the fee for a test, other than an extended test, for a vehicle in category B is increased from £39·00 to £42·00 for a test commencing during normal hours and from £50·50 to £58·00 for a test commencing out of hours;the fee for a test for a vehicle in category F, G, H and K is increased from £39·00 to £42·00 for a test commencing during normal hours;the fee for a test for a vehicle in category B+E, C1, C1+E, D1, D1+E, C, C+E, D and D+E is increased from £55·00 to £61·00 for a test commencing during normal hours and from £83·00 to £92·00 for a test commencing out of hours;the fee for an extended test during normal hours for a vehicle in category B is increased from £78·00 to £84·00;the fee for an extended driving test during normal hours for a vehicle in category A is increased from £94·00 to £107·00.
