25.  Subject to regulation 26, the following Regulations are hereby revoked—

(a) the Education (Special Educational Needs) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1); and

(b) the Education (Special Educational Needs) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998(2).
