This Order amends the Education (Listed Bodies) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 to add Kensington College of Business, London City College and the School of Technology and Management to the list of bodies providing courses in preparation for a degree.

The Department for Employment and Learning1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 5(2) of the Education (Unrecognised Degrees) (Northern Ireland) Order 19882 and now vested in it3 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order.
