1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2005.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1).
2.—(1) In regulation 4(1)(a) of the principal Regulations, for “the Department” substitute “the Lord Chancellor”.
(2) In regulation 4(2) of the principal Regulations, for “to the Department” substitute “to the Lord Chancellor, in the case of a member of the panel of chairmen, or to the Department, in any other case”.
