1. These Regulations may be cited as the Marketing of Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2005.
2. The Marketing of Potatoes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in paragraph (1) of regulation 7 (Fees for the inspection of ware potatoes sent out of Northern Ireland) for “£3.75” there shall be substituted “£3.90”,
(b)in regulation 8 (Fees for the examination of ware potatoes for sale in Northern Ireland) for “£3.75” there shall be substituted “£3.90”.
3. The Marketing of Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004(2) are herby revoked.
