SCHEDULE 4 TEMPERATURE CONTROL REQUIREMENTS

Scope

1.  This Schedule does not apply in relation to—

(a) any food business operation to which Regulation 853/2004 applies; or

(b) any food business operation carried out on a ship or aircraft.
