Amendment to the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996
4. In regulation 8 of the principal Regulations—
(a)in paragraph (1)(b) after the words “Annex 1” there shall be inserted “and Chapter VII of Annex 1B”; and
(b)after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted—
“(1A) A workshop card shall not be held by a person to whom an approval has not been issued in accordance with this regulation.”.
