Interpretation
2.—(1) In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the Protection of Water Against Agricultural Nitrate Pollution Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1).
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
