A list of the school’s key targets for the period of the plan in order of priority, the planned outcomes and the actions to achieve these outcomes along with steps towards implementation and final dates for completion. In the case of all schools planned outcomes in learning and teaching and pupils' attainment must be included and in the case of schools other than nursery schools, targets in pupil attainment must be included. The financial and other resources available to the school must be taken into account in the setting of the key targets.
