These Regulations may be cited as the List of Wastes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005, and shall come into operation on 16th July 2005.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19543 shall apply to the Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
