The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 26(1), (2) and (3) of the Agriculture (Northern Ireland) Order 19931 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, hereby makes the following Scheme:
