This Order commences an amendement to Articles of the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1998, Part VII, Financing of Schools, as provided by the consequential and supplementary amendments in Schedule 1 to the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, relating to the suspension of financial delegation in schools, provision for special schools and other miscellaneous financial provisions relating to schools.
