Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmaceutical Services and Charges for Drugs and Appliances (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2005.
(2) In these Regulations –
(a)“the Pharmaceutical Regulations” means the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1).
(b)“the Charges for Drugs and Appliances Regulations” means the Charges for Drugs and Appliances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(2).
