Provision of written representation20

Subject to paragraph (2) –
a
an interested person notified of an application for reconsideration of a reviewable matter under regulation 17; or
b
an interested person notified of the Reconsideration Committee’s decision to reconsider a reviewable matter and give a reconsideration decision under regulation 19(1),
may make written representations to the Reconsideration Committee in respect of that matter.

Any representations made under paragraph (1) must be received by the Reconsideration Committee by such time as it may reasonably require.
