Amendment of regulation 5 of the principal Regulations
4. In Regulation 5 of the principal Regulations (supply of drugs and appliances by a Board or a HSS trust) –
(a)in paragraphs (1)(a), (d) and (3) for “£6·30” there shall be substituted “£6·40”; and
(b)in paragraphs (1)(a) and (c) for “£12·60” there shall be substituted “£12·80”.
