ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES
These Regulations establish a statutory scheme for granting single vehicle approval of motor cycles, mopeds, tricycles and quadricycles in terms of their construction and provide for such vehicles to be examined for the purposes of obtaining a Department’s approval certificate (“certificate”) under section 31A(4) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (“the Order”).

The wiper or wipers shall have at least one operating frequency at at which it or they shall operate continuously at no less than 40 cycles per minute.
