1. Every tyre, other than a re-treaded tyre, fitted to the vehicle shall bear an approval mark in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of Annex II to Council Directive 92/23/EEC of 31st March 1992 relating to tyres for motor vehicles and their trailers and to their fitting(1), Chapter 1 of Directive 97/24/EC or ECE Regulation 30.02(2), 54(3) or 75(4). |
