Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Register of Licences) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 6th January 2005.
Particulars of attachments to licences for indoor arenas
2. In heading (i) of row 3; column 3 of the Schedule to the Licensing (Register of Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(3) for “or 43(2);” there shall be substituted “,15(6A), 43(2) or 77A(2)(a); or varied or removed under Art. 77A(2)(b);”.

(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These regulations amend the Licensing (Register of Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 so that the particulars of conditions attached to licences for indoor arenas are recorded in the register of licences.
