The particulars or information contained in the forms listed in the first column of Part I of Schedule 2, which are either set out in Part II of Schedule 1 or in Part II of Schedule 2, are the particulars or information prescribed for the purposes of the Articles of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 which are referred to in the second column of Part I of Schedule 2.
