These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2004.

In these Regulations, references to an Article or to a numbered Article are to an Article of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 as applied to limited liability partnerships by regulations 3 and 4 of, and Schedules 1 and 2 to, the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004.
