The Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 1(3), of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 20041, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2004.

Articles 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 shall come into operation on 6 September 2004.
3
Articles 4 and 9 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 shall come into operation on 1st January 2005.
