Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Valuation) (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2004.
Fees
2. An appeal to a tribunal by an owner of a bovine animal submitted under Article 17(1)(b) of the Brucellosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 2004(1) or Article 11A(1)(b) of the Tuberculosis Control Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(2) shall be accompanied by a fee of £100·00 in respect thereof.
