7. In section 34(6)(1) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993 (permitted forms for appropriate schemes), for paragraph (d) substitute –
“(d)an open-ended investment company within the meaning of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004.”.
