2. Commission Decision 2002/199/EC on animal health conditions and veterinary certification for imports of live bovine and porcine animals from third countries (O.J. No. L71, 13.03.2002, p. 1) as amended by and as read with Commission Decision 2002/578/EC (O.J. No. L183,12.07.2002, p. 62) and Commission Decision 2004/82/EC (O.J. No. L17, 24.1.2004, p. 46);
Relevant provisions: Articles 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
The official health certificate accompanying all swine imported into Northern Ireland from approved third countries specified in Commission Decisions amending Commission Decision 2002/199/EC must contain the statement: “Pigs in accordance with Commission Decision 2001/618/EC concerning Aujeszky’s disease”.
