3. In the Grammar Schools (Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) for regulation 6 (Capital charges in voluntary schools to which Articles 128 to 131 of the Order apply) there shall be substituted –
“6. The amount of any charge which the Board of Governors of a voluntary school to which Articles 128 to 131 of the Order apply may make under Article 132 or 132A of the Order in respect of any pupil enrolled in the secondary department of that school shall not exceed £110”.
