1. This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Economic Research Institute of Northern Ireland Limited) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 8th March 2004.
2. There shall be added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 with effect from 23rd June 2003 employment in the Economic Research Institute of Northern Ireland Limited.
