1. These Rules may be cited as the Legal Aid in Criminal Proceedings (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2004, and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2004.
2. In rules 6(3) and 9(5)(a) of the Legal Aid in Criminal Proceedings (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) for the date “1st July 2004” there shall be substituted the date “1st January 2005”.
