Title and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.
Revocation
2. The Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) is hereby revoked.
Increases in salaries
3.—(1) The annual salary payable to the President of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £110,362 to £113,121 from 1st April 2004.
(2) The annual salary payable to any other member of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £106,195 to £108,850 from 1st April 2004.
