The Department for Employment and Learning(1), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 26(1) of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978(2), section 62(2) of and paragraph 42(1) of Schedule 8 to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(3), Articles 3(1), 6(6)(4) and (6A)(5), 9(1), (2), (3) and (5), 11(1), (2) and (4), 12(2), (5), (6) and (7), 12A(1)(6), 13(1), 14(2), 15(1) and (2), 21 and 25(5) of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(7), and now vested in it(8), and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
