SCHEDULE 3RULES OF PROCEDURE: ENFORCEMENT
Application for enforcement1
An application for enforcement shall be made by the Commission presenting to the Secretary a notice of application for enforcement which shall be in writing and shall set out –
a
the name of the Commission and its address for the service of documents;
b
the name and address of the respondent;
c
the date and particulars of the undertaking or directions; and
d
the grounds for the application.
