The Department for Employment and Learning1, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 11(4) of the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers' Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 19792 and now vested in it3 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
