Amendment of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations
5. In regulation 8(4) of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) (interpretation of Part III—deduction from earnings orders) after sub-paragraph (e) there shall be added the following sub-paragraph –
“(f)working tax credit payable under section 10 of the Tax Credits Act 2002.”.
