11. In regulation 7(5)(b) of the Child Support (Variations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1) (prescribed circumstances) for the words from “working families' ” to “of that Act)” there shall be substituted “working tax credit under section 10 of the Tax Credits Act 2002”.
