Citation commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Rules of the Supreme Court (Northern Ireland) (Amendment No. 3) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.
(2) In these Rules, “the principal Rules” means the Rules of the Supreme Court (Northern Ireland) 1980(1), and an Order referred to by a number means the Order so numbered in the principal Rules.
