Day 2

26.  0.1 ml from the container of incubated BPW shall be inoculated into 10 ml ± 1 ml Rappaport-Vassiliadis Soya Broth (RVS broth)(1) and incubated at 41.5°C ± 0.5°C for 18 to 24 hours.
