Matters to be covered by permits
6. When the Department or a district council grants or modifies a permit, and the activities authorised by the permit include the disposal of waste, it shall ensure that the permit covers –
(a)the types and quantities of waste;
(b)the technical requirements;
(c)the security precautions to be taken;
(d)the disposal site; and
(e)the treatment method.
