CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

These Rules regulate the making of reparation by persons subject to reparation orders. In particular they include provision for:the functions of the responsible officer;certain responsibilities of the child;the number of hours spent making reparation; andthe power of the responsible officer to pay reasonable expenses incurred in complying with a reparation order.
