Appointed day2
The Marriage (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 shall come into operation –
a
for the purposes of Articles 3(3)(b), 19(1)(a), 35(3), 36(1)(b) and (3) and 37 on 3rd November 2003; and
b
for all other purposes on 1st January 2004.
