PART II SUPPLEMENTAL

3.  The Police Service of Northern Ireland (Conduct) Regulations 2003(1) shall be amended as follows:

In the Schedule to the Regulations under Article 9, Fitness for Duty, paragraph 9.2, between the words “officers” and “shall” insert the words “on duty”.
