SCHEDULE 3 CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES

(This Schedule substantially reproduces the provisions of Part 1 of Annex IV to the Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive.)

Module B—EC type-examination

6.  The applicant must inform the notified body that holds the technical documentation concerning the EC type-examination certificate of all modifications to the approved transportable pressure vessels; these are subject to additional approval where they may affect conformity with the requirements of these Regulations or the prescribed conditions for use of the vessels. This additional approval must be given in the form of an addition to the original EC type-examination certificate.
