Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Transportable Pressure Vessels Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2003 except for this regulation and regulations 2, 10 and 12(1) to (5) which shall come into operation on 1st October 2003.
