2. Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) At the beginning, there shall be inserted–
““the 2003 Regulations” means the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1);”.
(3) The following new definitions shall be inserted in the appropriate places according to alphabetical order–
““priority seat” means a seat which is designated as such in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the 2003 Regulations (priority seats);
“regulated public service vehicle” means a public service vehicle to which the 2003 Regulations apply; and
“wheelchair user” has the same meaning as in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the 2003 Regulations.”.
