The Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 69(1)(b) of the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 19971 and now vested in it2, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, after consultation with the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, hereby makes the following Order:
