Interpretation
2. In these Regulations –
“prescribed information” means the information required to be given by an undertaker to the Department pursuant to regulation 3 of the 2002 Regulations for registration on the register; and
“the register” means the street works register required to be kept by the Department by virtue of Article 13(1) of the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 1995; and
“the 2002 Regulations” means the Street Works (Register, Notices, Directions and Designations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(1).
