Amendment of the Health and Social Services Trusts (Exercise of Functions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994
2. The Schedule to the Health and Social Services Trusts (Exercise of Functions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1) shall be amended as follows –
(a)in the first column (Statutory Provision) there shall be inserted at the end the words “Carers and Direct Payments Act (Northern Ireland) 2002(2)”; and
(b)in the second column (Relevant Functions of a Health and Social Services Board) there shall be added at the end the words “All Functions”.
