SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS TO THE INCOME SUPPORT REGULATIONS

8.  In regulation 40 (calculation of income other than earnings) –

(a) in paragraph (1)(1) for the words after “income under” to the end of that paragraph there shall be substituted “regulation 41 (capital treated as income)”;

(b) in paragraph (4)(b)(2) for “dependants” there shall be substituted “partner”.
