18.  In regulation 71(1) (applicable amounts in urgent cases) –

(a) sub-paragraphs (a)(ii)(1), (c)(ii)(2) and (d)(i)(3) shall be omitted, and

(b) in sub-paragraphs (a)(iii)(4) and (d)(ii)(5) “II or” shall be omitted.
