Amendment of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations
29. In regulation 10(8)(a) of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) (exemption from regulations 8 and 9), after “income support” in both places where it occurs there shall be inserted “, state pension credit”.
