Transfer of certain functions of Department for Regional Development4
The functions which immediately before the transfer date are exercisable by the Department for Regional Development under or for the purposes of Article 4 of the Energy Efficiency (Northern Ireland) Order 19995 are hereby transferred as from that date to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment.
